At Metrixo Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in original condition

  • It is returned with original packaging

👉 Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

In these cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost, or

  • Offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return window
